Brian Lindley, executive director of real estate at Chick-fil-A, will present on Chick-fil-A’s commitment to Franchisees and to customer care and how that has played out over time.  Lindley will touch on Chick-fil-A’s history, their unique Operator model, and how customer convenience is shaping their growth strategy at the 2019 Alabama Retail Real Estate Forum powered by ICSC and ACRE on September 19, 2019, in Birmingham, Ala. 

It is no secret that Chick-fil-A is doing something very right. With over 2,400 restaurants, Chick-fil-A has experienced a tremendous period of success and growth. With growth, comes new challenges; from addressing customer service standards to demand for online ordering, Chick-fil-A has found a winning strategy in the casual dining industry. Lindley will present on what has made Chick-fil-A restaurants successful and where Chick-fil-A differs from others in the industry.

Brian Lindley has worked in commercial real estate for over 18 years, and currently serves as the executive director of real estate at Chick-fil-A. Prior to his time at Chick-fil-A, Brian served in real estate and retail operations roles in the convenience store industry. Brian is a graduate of Miami University and resides in the Atlanta area.
