The Alabama Center for Real Estate collaborates with a variety of institutions to expand the amount of research products available for industry stakeholders. The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University created the following database for rural land sales in Alabama. The database goes back to 2005 and includes the following information: quarterly and annual data, average tract size, price per acre (nominal and real), percentage change, annual growth rates, and sales volume.
