Industry veteran and Certified Property Management specialist Donald B. Wilkerson will keynote the second-annual Alabama Real Estate Management Summit on Aug. 25.
Presented by the Alabama Chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management and powered by the Alabama Center for Real Estate, the management summit will run from 8 a.m. through lunch, culminating with Wilkerson’s presentation.

Wilkerson currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of IREM and is also the President/CEO of Reno-based Gaston & Wilkerson Management Group, AMO.
The CPM of more than a decade got his start on the appraisal side of real estate, but gained a new appreciation of properties once he began acquiring them, according to his IREM bio.
He became more involved in IREM as the years went on after his 2003 CPM designation.
The University of Nevada graduate is also a member of the Land Trust Alliance and served on the IREM Executive Committee.
