Student Support is one of ACRE’sguiding principles. The Collegiate Career Assistance Program (CCAP) represents the Center’s platform for serving the next generation of real estate talent and the firms that provide experience and employment opportunities while benefiting in the process.
CCAP is a multifaceted tool for students that provides guidance about the real estate industry, networking opportunities, mentors, internship and career opportunities, and the ability for students to post their individual profiles for employers to view.
For employers, CCAP is a valuable tool that allows you to share your career or internship opportunities with students, view resumes and profiles of students, and receive exposure to students who will make up the next generation of real estate.
CORE is an online credentialing program that provides remote life and skill-based coaching, preparing participants for entry level jobs in the real estate industry under the tenets of awareness, readiness, and connection.
Students achieving this credential are prepared for entry level jobs in the real estate industry primarily as a leasing consultant, marketing representative, property administrator or an equivalent role. Students must complete 8 real estate and employment skills modules with a 70% or better as well as receive personal life coaching from a ICF certified coach. The program is self-paced and traditionally takes 20+ hours to complete. This program is fueled by the support from its Foundation Partners & CORE Champions.
