Montgomery home sales during November continued to increase in 2016, with 303 units sold during the month.
That is compared to 286 units last November, representing a 6 percent increase year-over-year.

According to the graph above, home sales increased during the month, while inventory continued to decrease.

The number of homes listed on the market during November dropped to 2,280 units in 2016, compared to 2,603 a year ago, a 12.4 percent difference.
This also represents a 6 percent drop from October (2,430 units).
