The event, which took place at The Ledges in Huntsville on May 19, featured four market reports, an outlook at a lunch keynote.
Don Beck of The Shopping Center Group delivered the Retail Market Report, while Kyle Collins of Colliers International gave the Office Market Report update. Bart Smith of Graham & Co. delivered the Industrial Market Report, and David Wilson of Berkadia Real Estate Advisors delivered the Multifamily Market Report.
Carter Wells, vice president for economic development at HudsonAlpha represented the company in “Hudson/Alpha Institute for Biotechnology – What’s Next?” and Redstone Arsenal Col. Thomas Holiday Jr. delivered the lunch keynote “Redstone Arsenal – America’s Garrison of the Future.”
Also, the Alabama Center for Real Estate hosted the North Alabama Market Symposium reception on Thursday evening at The Rooftop of Terry in downtown Huntsville.
